Love, Mom is a short film created to honour the quiet, supportive gestures born out of a mother's love. When tasked with creating a short film, the team reflected on their own experience of being away from home in a new environment.
The initial brief given to the group was to tell a story about their arrival and adjustment process in Bergamo, Italy. This exercise in film as a medium for storytelling aims to convey a subtle, yet powerful story, crafted to evoke sensations, not emotions, as the viewer follows the main character his first day in the city.
Love, Mom is a loveletter to all the mothers who’s love never fails to surprise us, when we need them the most.
