Mỹ Tâm H. Nguyễn leads transformative work in human-centered design, strategic planning, and community engagement to drive impactful change for historically underinvested communities. As Founder and CEO of làmdi, she empowers executives and organisations to launch, transition, or scale through tailored consulting services, including executive search, leadership coaching, and strategic planning.

With over 20 years of experience as a social entrepreneur, she has founded and scaled ventures addressing social and environmental challenges, leveraging advanced design methodologies to bridge human imagination with the evolving digital landscape.

Mỹ Tâm’s work centers on cultivating generational wealth and economic opportunities, prioritizing equitable systems change. Through her consulting firm, she has led significant partnerships across sectors, working with clients such as Amazon, Edelman, and the City of Seattle. She co-founded Tzeda, a donor subscription platform designed to meet urgent community needs through accessible technology solutions.

Her background spans civic innovation, urban planning, and digital strategy, with leadership roles at the National Innovation Service and the City of Seattle. Mỹ Tâm holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and is an alumna of Harvard Business School’s U.S. Competitiveness Project. She is a skilled facilitator in community-based design, equitable organizational development, and systems change. Fluent in Vietnamese, My Tam brings a global perspective to her inclusive design and strategic impact work.
