SuperSight: What Augmented Reality Means for Our Lives, Our Work, and the Way We Imagine the Future

Over the next decade, our vision will evolve. We will see computer-generated graphics combined, stitched, and anchored in the real world. Smart glasses and generative AI will create what computing pioneer David Rose calls “SuperSight.” David’s lively talk previews this evolution and considers its many implications for learning, shopping, how we navigate around the world, and more. He will also discuss the hazards of this new medium, from equity and access issues to bubble filter problems—and propose ways to navigate these issues. Come and experience a speculative romp into the future of augmented human vision.
