Shruti is an interaction designer and design researcher based in Berlin. With more than 15 years of experience, she has worked in strategic design consulting at IDEO, as well as product organisations such as Zalando, N26 and Nokia. As a design leader, an average day at the office is about building healthy, impactful teams and nurturing work environments that allow each team member to learn & grow.

As a proponent of a planet & people centred approach to design, Shruti enjoys sharing her expertise and experience through teaching, podcasts, writing, and mentorship. Shruti was born and raised in India, and is an alumnus of CIID and Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology.
