Sergio is an interaction designer managing the design team of the HCI group of Microsoft Research Asia. In the last 10 years of his career, his work has spanned Europe (Italy and Germany) and Asia (Japan and China), perpetually allowing him to interact with the “cultural other”. He has diverse experience in both R&D and Line Products, at Fraunhofer R&D, Hitachi, Panasonic and Microsoft. His interests lie at the intersection between design and research.
