Sebastian is a Lead Interaction Designer at Arduino. There he is responsible for crafting enthralling user experiences to help millions of engineers, designers, artists, hobbyists and students to innovate. With experience in design, application development and physical computing, he is involved in developing products ranging from an Internet of Things platform over class room experiences to machine learning applications. Prior to his involvement at Arduino he was working as an interaction designer and creative technologist at the innovation studio IXDS in Munich.He holds a Master's Degree in Interaction Design from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil.Sebastian is obsessed with the interplay between humans, technologyand design. He is driven by a pursuit of finding answers to the question of how we might use technology in a more responsible and engaging way that doesn’t distract us from living our lives.
