Radhika is an interaction designer and strategist who is passionate about designing systems. With professional experiences in robotics, design, strategy, biology and music, Radhika seeks challenges at the intersection of commonly siloed disciplines. Growing up globally in cities such as Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore, Radhika emphasises learning from others in multicultural environments.While at reputed consultancies, such as frog design and McKinsey, and dynamic start-ups, she brought products to market in diverse spaces such as healthcare, emerging technologies and hospitality. In 2015, she joined Windmill Health in New Delhi as Lead Product Designer, where she designed and implemented solutions to healthcare challenges in resource constrained settings, bringing the world’s first foot operated resuscitator from prototype to global market release.After graduating from CIID in 2017, Radhika joined McKinsey Design in New York where she drove digital transformations for clients in the automation, healthcare, banking and social sector. Most recently, Radhika was the Senior Design Lead for Growth Innovation at WeWork, where she led monthly design sprints to identify, prototype and design for opportunities to enable rapid, meaningful growth. She is currently on the Executive Board for Memorix, a startup developing intelligent, immersive experiences for higher education. She continues to be based in New York as an independent consultant, while applying her interests in design more broadly as a guest lecturer at Parsons and to independent collaborations in critical design and documentary film.
