A passionate, strategic, and innovative UX Designer based in San Francisco, CA – Qian strongly believes that design is the line that connects business, technology, and humans.In the past few years, he has been working at Cisco Collaboration Technology Group and focusing on Conversational AI/Machine Learning related products. Currently, he is the UX Lead for Cisco Webex Assistant, which is a multi-modal Conversational AI, including voice UI, touch UI, gesture interaction, chatbot and more. He also collaborates with globally distributed product teams within the Collaboration Technology Group and help to empower their products with Webex Assistant.Qian holds the MFA Integrated Design degree from the College for Creative Studies based in Detroit, MI. He focused on Experience and Service Design and graduated with the Award of Excellence in Graduate Studies. For undergrad, he studied Industrial Design at Jilin University, China.In his spare time, he likes to travel.
