Luuk, an interaction designer & technologist, is interested in creating intelligent products and systems that serve the rapidly changing needs and desires of the modern society. He loves to explore and experiment with new high-tech tools and products, both physical and digital, to then replace it for mountain climbing occasionally, disconnecting from everything.He holds a BSc in Industrial Design at Eindhoven’s University of Technology and has a graduate degree from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. He has worked for a variety of agencies and startups, from commercial game design to web and speculative design. His work has been shown in Motherboard, Der Spiegel and several exhibitions across Europe. Currently working at IDEO, he collaborated with clients in varied industries from mobility and hospitality to food and the retail sector.
