Kristina Varshavskaya is a self-taught product designer from Yakutsk, Siberia.Kristina left high school to join Wanelo, a shopping discovery platform, as their first and sole designer. In 2014, she joined Facebook, where she designed and launched Facebook Ads Manager on mobile and later Facebook’s integrated AR camera and direct-messaging features.She now works at Quora, where she designs and extends interfaces for both new and existing products, in addition to recruiting, teaching prototyping, and more. She lives in San Francisco, California.
