Johanna is a system thinker and sustainability ambassador. Her main interest is to explore the connections between social structures, environmental impact and how to future-proof business. This interest has led her to work with small-scale agriculture in India, NGO:s in Brazil as well as her current position at the innovation agency Above.Working as sustainability manager, facilitator and strategist at Above, she is an integral part in projects, advising start-ups in their early stages as well as large global corporations needing rejuvenation and new approaches to their innovation and sustainability processes. She comes from a multidisciplinary background holding degrees in both medicine and environmental science from Lund University. Johanna is a frequent speaker on circular economy and holds talks and workshops on the subject.
