Federico is a leader with extensive experience in urban planning and management in North and Central America. His passion is centered on helping communities and organizations to continuously innovate, adapt and improve for their changing surroundings. He is an Economist and Master in Urban Planning.He has more than 20 years of experience working with different communities and organizations in the private, public, academy and volunteer sectors. This galardonated professional was selected as one of the emerging leaders of Toronto by CivicAction GTA in 2013 and as a Central American leader by the Aspen Institute - Central American Leadership Initiative 2016.
