Chris is currently a Senior Principal Strategist at United Healthcare where he works with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement new healthcare services for vulnerable populations across the United States covered by Medicaid.He has extensive cross-sector, international, and domestic experience and has contributed to award-winning work in public health, education, transportation, and justice reform spaces. His approach blends service design, real-world testing, and change management practices to effectively partner with experts and steward initiatives through implementation.Chris has refined his approach to design-led systems change through his experiences consulting state and federal US Government agencies at Nava PBC on digital modernization efforts, redesigning clinical trial training and support services at Medable, developing public health programs at IDEO.org, and piloting new social services at Tipping Point Community – a California-based philanthropic organization.
