Ben Healy is a Communication Design Lead in IDEO’s Chicago studio. A firm believer in the power of narrative as a design tool, he is fascinated by how the stories we tell each other (and tell ourselves) shape the ways we see and engage with the world.Prior to joining IDEO, Ben worked for more than a decade as a journalist, primarily as a writer and editor at The Atlantic magazine, for which he most recently wrote a monthly column about human behaviour. In his spare time, he enjoys writing fiction, and, as of recently, a little poetry.
