Anna is a writing lead at Airbnb, where she is currently building out a service design practice. Prior to Airbnb, Anna spent seven years as a design lead IDEO and IDEO.org, where she led projects across sectors and clients. Anna is a cross-functional designer, with a passion for prompting behavior change through impactful communications.
