Amy Bickerton is a User Experience Designer and Researcher at Flywheel, a startup in San Francisco that creates software for the transportation industry.She conducts research into user needs and behaviors, and incorporates the findings into compelling and usable interfaces. She is especially interested in how sensors and mobile technology apply to the design of public transit.Amy has a MDes in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
