Tello is a collaborative storytelling tool designed to bridge the cultural richness between classrooms of International Schools and multilingual families. It facilitates an experience of cultural storytelling that starts between parents and their children before living on between students in a classroom setting.

It plants the seeds of awareness and understanding for important cultural differences at an early age.

Storytelling is one of the cultural pillars within all cultures and Tello is a shared tool for classroom learning. A child takes Tello home and records native stories with parents and can later share them in the classroom. When integrated into the classroom, it provides a platform that teachers can use to best suit the curriculum they are teaching. The co-created stories are uploaded to the cloud which can be accessed by teachers and parents.

Through extensive iterative prototyping and testing done at homes and schools, Tello’s content evolved as a co-creation by parents and the children, facilitated by teachers.
