Good health is our biggest asset and today we are facing a new wave of information overload when it comes understanding our body and adapting to new lifestyles.

The correlation between lifestyle and health is very apparent with the emergence of globestity and other chronic conditions. The outlook towards wellbeing is changing rapidly and becoming a personal experiment for many.

This class focused on the area of Personal Health and Wellbeing – i.e designing interactions for experiences that relate to improvements to our lives which help enrich, monitor, understand and fulfill our needs in both medical and non medical ways.

Students were encouraged to research the areas of personal fitness, monitoring, chronic care of diseases, sleep patterns, eating habits, stress management, hygiene and grooming – in order to design tangible experiences in the form of products, furniture and wearables.
