1st Prize for Inbal Lieblich at Copenhagen Business Start-up Award

Thursday, 18th Sep 2014

CIID is extremely proud to announce that alumna Inbal Lieblich won 1st prize and 60,000 DKK at the Copenhagen Business Start-up Award 2014.

Inbal was chosen to pitch her project and business idea among the best international entrepreneurs in the programme, which is created by the Copenhagen Business Service.

Inbal’s project Book&ME is a storytelling platform for children. It is a digital app that augments a printed book, enabling children to co-create their own stories using images of their surroundings. It uses digital technology to enhance the old ritual of storytelling, while encouraging children to look through their screen and to interact with the world around them.

Inbal created the Book&ME platform as her final project on the Interaction Design Programme and developed it further in the pilot phase of the CIID Nest, which is the most recent addition to CIID’s framework, focused on enabling people to become entrepreneurs and business owners, ready to tackle real-world problems.

Congratulations, Inbal!
