The High 5 and the WiFi in Experience Design

The development of digital and social media has given birth to a new trend: Post Digital. Acknowledging this, people often ask the question “Have we lost something? How do we recreate the tangible value, the loyal relationship, trust and proximity to our customers in the real world of nonline?” Moments of truth become compressed as digitisation outperforms analogue / conventional retail structures. Digital interactivity is important and is no doubt the wave of the future, but it is also important to provide the analog approach. He hopes to share his POV with you, in an OPEN lecture.

Peter Franklin Würtz is Currently Partner at 3rdDimension Experience Architects, a Copenhagen based agency helping customers achieve their goals by developing innovative, intelligent, authentic touch points and contact platforms.. He holds a MSc in Design and Communication Management from CBS, co-authored the book Experience-Based Communication (2008), which coined the concepts of Experience-based Communication and Experience Architecture™.

Throughout his career, contact with the entertainment industry and experience in designing and staging experiences have made Peter Franklin Würtz expert at differentiating between actual value and perceived value. One of his strongest assets is the strategic knowledge of and interest in the intersection and friction between the physical and the digital when mapping the customer journey. Indeed this is where most of his recent results and interaction with customers have occurred.
