Ulrik Hogrebe

Country: Denmark (living in New York)

Ulrik is a Creative Director and UX designer working at the intersection of digital product, design process and strategy. The things that he really cares about are motivated and diverse teams, excellent design craft and making great products that scale. Periodically, he also teaches others to speculate about the future at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.

Currently at WeWork, Ulrik focuses his energy on helping to define the future of work, leading the team that is responsible for supporting the growth of the business, which is a somewhat dizzying ride. Before WeWork, he was a Creative Director at frog design where he led the Interaction Design discipline for the New York Studio—and worked with clients to create strategy, build products and win in the market. He has also worked as Creative Director for BBC News in London where he led the team that relaunched the News and World Service sites in 2015, winning numerous awards for their work.
