Sara Salsinha

Sara is a designer of experiences for people, formerly at the BBC and now happily designing products and services with the fantastic team at Normally, a data product and service design studio in London.

As a Lead Interaction Designer, Sara is interested in how people-centred design and research practices can integrate seamlessly into the creation and evolution of products and services. Sara believes that making these practices more accessible and inspiring can encourage healthier ways of working together as a team and ultimately generate genuinely better product experiences.

Being a hybrid practitioner, Sara tackles challenges from many different perspectives, helping teams transform meticulous research into actionable insights, concepts and prototypes that people can relate to, breaking down the many impacts and scenarios an experience might entail.

Sara’s motto still is to listen, learn, work hard, give and be kind, with a ‘madness-a-day’.
