Rory Hamilton

Visiting Faculty
Country: UK

Rory works at Made by Many in London. He is a service designer who loves experience prototyping, and can make anyone draw.

Prior to Made by Many, as a live|work associate, Rory had a specialisation in leading ideation and experience prototyping workshops. He had a long term working relationship with Orange (France Telecom) and many other live|work clients. Nokia, Samsung, Baltic gallery, and various public institutions.

Rory taught computing at the Bartlett school of architecture and in Interaction Design at the Royal College or Art for 12 years in total. He is external examiner on Duncan of Jordanstone’s (Dundee) Digital Interaction Design course.

Much of his work has involved a hands-on approach, engaging with a cross section of stakeholders, encouraging them to express their ideas and experience in sketching and experience prototyping activities. Leaving them with permanent service design skills.
