Momo Miyazaki

Momo is an interaction designer-researcher who is inspired by webs of relationships that make up people’s worlds. She is currently at NASA Ames Research Center, designing tools that support safety on space missions.

Her previous years at IDEO were spent designing and exploring the future of work, higher education accessibility, mental models around finance, and automotive care experiences. Her personal work has been exhibited at Miraikan (The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, Japan), the Swiss Science Center Technorama, and short-listed for IXDA Interaction Awards. She is drawn to the intersection between foresight and design, and how they can work together to bring speculative future scenarios to life.

She studied metalwork at Skidmore College before going to CIID.
