Area of expertise:  My expertise lies in using human empathy to inform the everyday and mundane. I aim to add value to tools and services by observing people, problem solving, using design intuition.

Since graduating in 2010, I have worked at the intersection of design, business and strategy in developing products and services. These experiences ranged from creating a user centred process for an Internet of Things company to designing a new online learning platform for the biggest online university.


I trained at the London College of Communication where I gained a BA in Interaction design, and subsequently a Masters from the Royal College of Art in Product Design. This training has led me to have a good understanding of the importance of observing people’s behaviour, design strategy, and what makes a successful design.
