While it may be even more difficult for the person suffering to find a way to convey their emotions and thoughts.

Weekly is a journaling app that helps people with depression reflect on their thoughts and emotions and assists them in communicating them to their close relationships on a regular basis. After choosing a journaling buddy, each day comes with a varied and engaging journaling activity to keep the user motivated over time. At the end of the week, the user and their buddy reflect together by talking about the activities they filled out, sparking meaningful conversations in a healthy environment.

When reaching a milestone, Weekly generates a printed album of your favourite creations to look back on your journey.
