Reach aims to provide better banking for the visually impaired through providing a service that simplifies ATM withdrawals with the aid of a smart braille phone. The phone provides the main touchpoint for the user to conduct all his banking; the built-in fingerprint reader lets the user tap his phone to the ATM to withdraw an amount that he has specified.

We understood this was a challenging audience to target, as we were unable to give the design the attention it deserved, with user studies and testing.

Our focus was on storytelling and the videography of the short 30-second video, and we learned a great deal about video prototyping in this process. Throughout the week, we designed new interactions, storyboarded, filmed, and edited both a 15-second and a 30-second version of the concept.
