Frustration Mask

This mask was inspired by questioning the reasons, or authenticity, of the reported high life satisfaction/happiness in Denmark (source).

Built from acrylic, metal and filled with fluid supplied from two bottles that the wearer can squeeze, it hinders the users sight as it fills up with coloured liquid. The pattern inside the mask was created with the aid of a script that generates Voronoi diagrams (Wikipedia).

Fluids released by opening the valve on the bottom on the mask stain the wearers clothes. This creates a permanent artifact of the semi-painful experience of wearing it.
