Mantas is a wide-achiever, passionate about problem-solving solutions and design thinking. Comfortable working in an abstract environment. In recent years worked in a brand management, communications, e-commerce fields. The wide experience allowed to understand other roles in organisations and see the bigger picture. One of his insights during the recent years was that the design thinking approach could be applied in various roles and projects whether it’s a brand strategy, communication campaign, user interface, physical product development or even personal life. He believes that the design is not just a skill or a task that could be executed rather it’s a framework for a product/service strategy.

Mantas thinks that technology-enabled products/services are becoming more and more complex and the interaction design discipline plays here an important role helping to define, understand and design right experiences.
