After completing a PhD in philosophy – focusing on feminism and theories of film and TV spectatorship – Juliana went on to become a “fanthropologist”, researching movie fandoms (such as a Sci-Fi fan artists or Disney villain cosplayers) for Los Angeles-based entertainment agencies. She then moved to New York City, shifting into the world of social media research, brand strategy, and cultural trend reporting.

Juliana enters CIID eager to evolve her creative problem solving skills. She’s excited to collaborate with people who shake up her ways of thinking, imagining, and making.
