Stephanie is a designer from San Francisco where she currently works as an interaction designer for Google Scholar. Prior to Google she worked with a small team, leading UX design for an education focused startup in San Francisco.

Before moving to San Francisco, Stephanie studied in Boston where she got her BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Wellesley College. During that time she began work at the MIT Mobile Experience Lab as a designer and researcher. She worked with the group internationally to lead design thinking workshops in Russia and Portugal, and to consult for clients across Europe, focusing on industries like finance, aviation and education.

Stephanie feels fortunate to have worked on a variety of projects across physical and digital design and is now trying to further identify her design focus. She looks forward to working with a new group of of peers in the next year as she continues to explore at CIID.
