Raffaella Rovida


Raffaella coordinate the Research unit and on-going projects. She helps to articulate the focus of research and exploration at the Institute, with the research team and links to external partners and in line with European policies and funding programmes.

She is also partner of an Italian consultancy company active in the European project field where she has been working for 10 years as a researcher, dealing with urban regeneration projects, simulations of complex systems (System Dynamics) and circular economy, and as a project manager developing ideas and international partnerships, creating project proposals and managing projects under different EU Programmes (LifelongLearning, Life+, Interreg).

She has a degree in Civil Engineering form the University of Genoa (Italy) and a PhD in Sustainability and Regional Planning from the University of Brescia.
