Natalia Robert Kissling

CIID Costa Rica Liaison

Natalia graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a Baking and Pastry Arts Management Bachelor’s degree. Witnessing gender inequality in the food industry, she then leapfrogged into the NGO world where she has been working for 5 years at Vital Voices Global Partnership, an organisation that identifies women, partners with them and through a long- term investment expands their skills, connections, and visibility, allowing them to accelerate their efforts and improve their potential for leadership.
As the communications leader at Vital Voices Costa Rica, Natalia has led the fundraising and communication efforts, including managing key alliances, co-creating impact events such as TEDxWomen and co-leading public relations for the NGO. She also co-designed and currently leads the Masculinity and Gender courses that have been implemented in companies such as Boston Scientific, Intel, Holcim, and other local organisations.

Natalia is also certified as an Ontological Coach, an approach that enables a practical understanding of language, moods and conversations for a long-lasting behavioral and cultural transformation. She hopes to mix this discipline with her previous experiences in communication, project management and fundraising to become a proactive and holistic asset in CIID’s expansion to Costa Rica.
