CIID was asked to investigate the experience of creating an ensemble of information devices. We started out by looking into the emerging needs of the connected generation in terms of using multiple devices to access information through multiple streams. This was followed by a detailed analysis of emerging technologies and protocols initiated by Intel which was then mapped to several near future scenarios that showcased how such technologies could create a seamless and engaging experience. These scenarios and supporting concepts are currently being used to drive the strategy and technology road-map for Intel.
