CIID workshops this autumn: Athens – Singapore

CIID workshops are on the road again!

For the third time in 2018, we are excited to announce our return to both Athens and Singapore, this time with a 2-day workshop titled Service Design and Change Management, in cooperation with the Hellenic American Union and TinkTank, respectively.

Service design uses a customer-centric and systemic perspective to uncover and create a competitive advantage. Service designers understand markets as a system of stakeholders and factors where value is created – across industries, sectors, and departments.

This course is ideal for professionals with some prior exposure to design methods, designers of all kinds who want to be more holistic in their work, or managers with an interest in strategic design and championing change inside their organizations.

In the workshop we’ll apply service design tools such as blueprinting, user typologies, and experience maps to your own organization’s challenges for service improvement and innovation.
