CIID Design Thinking Workshop in Singapore

From January 9th-13th, CIID was in Singapore to run a Design Thinking Workshop in Retail & Services as part of a collaboration with Design Singapore.

The Design Thinking Workshop Series is an initiative of the Design Thinking and Innovation Academy (DTIA). The Academy aims to develop design thinking capabilities in companies in the Healthcare, Retail & Services, Manufacturing and Food Manufacturing clusters for competitiveness and growth.

The workshops are programmed at three levels: Level 1 Inspiration Workshop, Level 2 Opportunity Workshop and Level 3 Implementation Workshop. The workshops introduce the key principles of design thinking and methods of application, including working on a real project using design thinking.

The CIID team will return to Singapore in February to continue working with the companies participating in the workshop to lead them through a prototyping process of their new service concepts.
